Amsted Rail automatic couplers, knuckles and Endurance® draft gears manage the enormous longitudinal forces of freight operation. Tahawy has supplied around 8,000 Amsted automatic couplers to Egyptian National Railways since 1980, including 2,000 couplers with Endurance draft gears for the 1,000 Freight Wagons programme.
